POLICIES

Reservations
Reservations are highly recommended thoughout the year. Reserve early if you are requesting a specific room or for weekends and major holidays as these fill up quickly. A minimum two-day reservation is required on weekends, weekday holidays, winter and spring breaks. A minimum two-day reservation is required for all kitchen rooms always. A minimum three-day reservation is required for holiday weekends, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's and during the month of August.Your reservation will be held with a credit card guarantee or a cash deposit made in advance. A one-night deposit may be charged for high season reservations.

Cancellations
If you must cancel your reservation, please do so in a timely manner. Our policy for cancellations is as follows: One or more months in advance give one week notice. All others, three days minimum notice. If you cancel with less than the minimum notice, you will be charged a $15 cancellation fee and charged for those days we are unable to rent the room (up to two days).

No-Shows/Shortening Your Stay
If you do not show up for a reservation, you will be charged for those days you reserved. If you arrive and shorten your stay you will be charged a $15 cancellation fee and charged for those days we are unable to rent the room (up to two days).

Pricing
All rooms are quoted at one to two person occupancy (excluding the Secret Garden which is based on 4). There is a charge of $10 per night for each additional person. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Pets
Well behaved dogs are welcome in select rooms. There is a $10 charge per night per pet for a multiple night stay and $25 per pet fee for one night stays. You are limited to a maximum of two dogs . Please keep pets off the beds and furniture. If your pet insists, please use provided sheets to cover the beds and furniture. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets. This includes "poop patrol" on the grounds. Ask for pooper scoopers. Pets are not to be left unattended in rooms at any time or in cars in the parking lot. Sorry, no cats allowed.

Smoking
The See Vue is a non-smoking environment. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property - no exceptions. If you smoke in your room, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $500. If you smoke anywhere on the premises you will be charged a minimum $100 fee. If you are found smoking on the premises, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

Fireplaces
Our fireplaces only burn Duraflame logs which we provide. No exceptions are allowed. Burning anything else in your fireplace will result in a non-compliance charge.

Candles
No candles are allowed in the rooms - ever!

Housekeeping/Cooking
All of our rooms are housekeeping units - there is no daily maid service. We change towels upon request. Cooking is allowed only in rooms with a kitchen. Please do not use hot plates or other cooking devices in rooms without a kitchen or use campstoves or barbecues outside. There are coffee makers and refrigerators in all rooms. Kitchens are to be left clean at checkout: dishes washed, dried, and put away, and the sinks, stove and refrigerator left clean. There will be an extra cleaning fee for non-compliance charged at $20 per hour.
